Additional Tips On Making Pineapple Moonshine:

  1. For a more intense pineapple flavor, add 1/2 cup of fresh pineapple juice to the carboy during fermentation.
  2. You can also add flavorings to the moonshine during the bottling process. Some good flavors include lemon, lime, and mint.
  3. To sanitize your equipment, soak it in a solution of 1 tablespoon of bleach per gallon of water for 10 minutes. Rinse well with hot water before using.
  4. If you’re not going to drink all of the moonshine right away, you can store it in a cold, dark place like a refrigerator or wine cellar. But be aware that over time, the moonshine will oxidize and lose its flavor.
