3″ Diameter Moonshine Still with 26 gallon Boiler

One of the most popular 3″ stills on the market, the 3″ diameter Torpedo towers over at 40″ tall and will make any moonshiner happy. Runs as a reflux still or a pot still, increasing productivity by double product output over the 2″ diameter moonshine still towers, and provides a clean end-product. Standard tower comes with a digital thermometer with 3″ rubber bung. The Stainless Steel upgrade for $69.99 adds a 2.5″ stainless dial thermometer assembly as a replacement for the digital thermometer and bung.

The 26 Gallon boiler two 2″ tri-clamp ports for heating elements ( only needs one 5500 watt heating element but two can be used to improve initial heat up time), includes 2″ fill port, butterfly drain valve, and 1/2″ coupling for thermometer port.

heat sources that can be used with the 26 gallon boiler is gas burner or electric Single 220V controller with 5500 watt heating element. Dual Temperature controller can also be used with this 26 gallon still boiler.

I have now done 4 runs with this unit. Two as a pot still and 2 as a reflux. Both runs were super smooth and once the unit get
the temp stabilized it purrs right along. Very happy with this purchase. Had a couple of parts missing and it was taken care of
immediately. No there are no instructions to teach you how to use this unit but honestly its not rocket science folks and this unit
makes it even easier. Clean up is a complete breeze. If I had one knock it would have been in the packaging for shipping. The column
top piece was busted out of the box when arrived. Slight bend in the condenser column but pulled right out. Other than that I love it.
Cant wait to get a gin basket put on it.

I'm running it as I write this review. The still is heavy duty and built to last. Assembly was easy and cleaning is a breeze.
I'm getting 195 proof every run using well water for cooling at 40-50 psi and water hose fully open once I hit operating temp.
I run it trickling open until after I remove the methanol. It does drop the temp back down a little 172-174 down to around 165-168 but
this method works great for me. I also recommend getting extra copper mesh. I used 2.5 lbs of copper mesh for my packing and topped it
of with raching rings. The rings are at the top of both sections of the tower. for ease of draining I bought a 1.5 inch collapsible
drainage hose from home depot. it is bigger than needed but works great with a hose clamp. Much easier to run than my pot still with
    thumper and worm.

Great company to do business with. If you Email them a question, they'll get right back to you. Still is very well built.
The only thing is that they didn't send any directions with it.I emailed them and they said watch the video's on line but they don't
tell you much. That's why I gave it a 4 instead of a 5. Still not sure how to put it together.

instructions are a little all over the place but read them all before you start and you'll have no trouble. Now the good part,
this thing works so much better then I had planned on. It almost sets the temp for you! 180 runs are no problem at all and if you watch
it a bit closer 185 is possable. I love this thing!and the quality is perfect, very good job guys.

depending on "your recipe" i can run a antique recipe at a respectable 165-170 on corn. cut to 100 every ol'timer who tries it loves it.
the flow with the turpedo tower is "just what the doctor ordered........
