Description

Briess malt pure malt extract in a Bavarian Wheat flavor. Concentrated grain wort meant to pasturize the malt.

Liquid malt extracts are great at producing a flavorful grainy taste into your distillate without the hassle of mashing in, sparging, converting starches to sugar etc. 3.3 lbs containers made of  wheat malt bas and water with a golden color. May also be used in the production of all styles of beer and to adjust the color, flavor or gravity of beers.

Approximately 80% solid malt in jar volume.
