Briess malt pure malt extract in a White Grain Sorghum Syrup flavor. Concentrated grain wort meant to pasteurize the malt.

Liquid malt extracts are great at producing a flavorful grainy taste into your distillate without the hassle of mashing in, sparging, converting starches to sugar etc. 3.3 lbs containers made of sorghum base and water. May also be used in the production of all styles of beer and to adjust the color, flavor or gravity of beers.

Approximately 80% solid malt in jar volume.

Color is 8* Plato and 3* Lovibond
