    A lot of great information. Very detailed. Makes me not want to start a distillery.
    The facility wasnt very nice looking, kind of unprofessional looking (compared to the kentucky Distilleries)
    The instructor stated a bourbon has to be aged 2 years to be called a bourbon which was not true. There is no age limit for a whiskey to be called a bourbon. Only a "straight" bourbon has to be aged 2 years.
    Overall very good course. They covered all possible areas.
