220V Dual Variable Element Temperature Controller
220V Dual Variable Element Temperature Controller. Both elements run on adjustable relays . This allows distillers to have total control of heat in their boiler. Here is a great heating system for boilers of 50 Gallons or more or can be used in smaller boilers to increase initial heat up time. This system is built to last and is ready to be hard wired in conduit or you can install a male plug to your matching receptacle configuration. This controller includes Two cable heater assemblies which each of them are 8ft wire lead to heating element, element housing with 2" ferrule, and 5500 Watt Heating element. see photos
5500 watt heaters are individually controlled and on their own switches and both elements have variable output.
This system has a internal cooling fans.
One year warranty ( another piece of mind we do stock these controller parts so after warranty expires replacement parts are available if need be.)

Got this for my 53 gallon stainless still. Works perfectly. Heats up quickly and gives you complete control of the temperature. Will probably end up buying more as we expand our production.

Initially I wanted to purchase the controller that is the next step down, but i'm glad that I got this one instead. I couldn't be more pleased with the performance of this system. The ability to reduce the power to reach until is very handy. At one point I had one element on a low power setting and the other completely turned off. The quality of the build is excellent and it was very easy to hook up. I would recommend this to anybody looking to get into essential oils.
