My system has a 2" flute - but I wanted to use the 3" sight glass - and I am VERY glad I did. The 3" bubble plate condensor has 2 up and 1 down bubbles, while the 2" can only fit 1 bubble and then filter holes.
To use the 3" sight glass, I used the 3" to 2" reducers on top and bottom of the sight glass. For the plate side, I used the flanged version of the reducer so the plate could fit. It's an awesome addition to my system.
The sight glass is very heavy duty - well made. And, as always, the MHD service was exceptional in helping me to get the right configuration put together to accomplish my design.

A quality piece of equipment at a fair price. Install the 3" bubble plate rom (of one).I will continue to add these sight glasses and bubble plates as I go and eventually have a 6 flute column.Currently I just add this to the top.of the column and will use it for a Gin Basket. As with everything else at Mile Hi it is a quality product.
