Looking forward to getting my mash started now that I have all my ingredients.
This is my new “go to” yeast. By itself it’s pretty good and reliable but once you pair it with Fermax yeast nutirent and Mile High’s yeast energizer, you have a powerhouse that simply can’t be beat. Using this specific yeast along with the nutrients I mentioned earlier, I was able to fix a stuck mash of cranberry brandy. The mixing ratio is 1 tablespoon of this yeast, 2 tablespoons of Fermax yeast nutrient and 2 table spoons of Mile High’s yeast energizer. You can also use it with 2 tablespoons of Alpha, Beta and Gluco Amylase to create your own turbo yeast.
