Heating Element Assembly 110V 2000 Watt
304 Stainless Heating Element Assembly 110V 2000 Watt with 2" tri-clamp fitting, stainless plate, back plastic square cover, and 6ft power cord with standard 110v three prong plug. This is the heating element assembly only. These heating elements will need a variable controller to control heat for distillation. They will not work for distillation by itself because there is no control of the heat. This heating element assembly can be used buy itself to speed up initial heat up time.

Nice heating element. For 120V source its output is rated about as high as a 20A circuit will handle. Well made and works good using the provided 2000W controller. Heating just water it took about 1 hour to get 6.5 gallons up to indicated 212*F at still tower head. (Started with ~75*F initial water temp and 80*F ambient air temp at 45 feet or so above sea level in 8 gallon 20mil cylindrical copper still and dual purpose tower). Made about 3.5 gallon of distilled water for my wife's CPAP machine in ~4 hours. Process was pretty efficient although I did have the still Very Well insulated. Looking forward to my first actual run.
