   This is a must have whether you are making beer, wine and/or distilling. They are easy to read and they do come with the necessary temperature conversion charts that will give you a true reading while you are testing your brews and/or mash. I knocked off a star because the plastic base doesn't seem to fit it very well. Mile High was fast to ship.
