This Pot Still Alembic Dome Top for Turbo 500 fits onto your Still Spirits T500 Boiler.
This can be used in place of the boiler’s stainless steel lid. The large
copper surface area of the alembic top acts as a catalyst with the
vapor in the still and helps enhance and concentrate the flavors and
aromas as well as remove unwanted sulphur compounds. This
produces a smoother, richer, sweeter tasting spirit.

Bought this lid to upgrade perfection that and I wanted a little bit more room at the top in case of foaming plus more copper for the vapor to react with the better. I will update my review after a few runs to let you know how much better my t500 runs and my end product improvement.
