Thanks You very much for ordering from mile hi distilling we work hard to bring you the largest selection of high quality distilling products sense 2003. 

The purchaser acknowledges that the equipment being purchased may not be legal for use in some areas, and hereby agrees to abide by all laws with respect to owning and using the equipment. The purchaser holds harmless Mile Hi Distilling for any damages resulting from the use of the equipment.

Mile Hi Distilling Shipping Information
We reserve the right to use the most economical service of ground shipping, either USPS or UPS. If the customer selects a 2nd Day or Overnight service, then we will comply with the customer’s choice. There is no guaranteed shipping time frame on USPS and Ground Shipping.

If choosing a 2nd day or overnight service please note that this does not eliminate lead time and the order will ship 2nd day or overnight service when order is ready to ship. Still orders are usually a 5-14 business day lead time. Supply orders ship within 1-3 business days.

Returns Policy
30-Day Return Policy
Our 30-Day return policy gives you plenty of time to consider your purchase. You can return any item within 30 days of the date of shipment for a refund or exchange. (excluding shipping and handling charges). Items must be unused and in new condition. There is a 15% restocking fee on returns.
