This is my new "go to" yeast. By itself it's pretty good and reliable but once you pair it with Fermax yeast nutirent and Mile High's yeast energizer, you have a powerhouse that simply can't be beat. Using this specific yeast along with the nutrients I mentioned earlier, I was able to fix a stuck mash of cranberry brandy. The mixing ratio is 1 tablespoon of this yeast, 2 tablespoons of Fermax yeast nutrient and 2 table spoons of Mile High's yeast energizer. You can also use it with 2 tablespoons of Alpha, Beta and Gluco Amylase to create your own turbo yeast.
