220V Variable Single Element Temperature Controller

220V Variable Single Element Temperature Controller system for boilers of 8 gallons to 53 gallons. This system is built to last and is ready to be hard wired in conduit or you can install a male plug to your configuration on the 8 ft power lead. This controller includes cable heater assembly which is one 8ft wire lead to heating element, element housing with 2" ferrule, and 5500 Watt Heating element. see photo
This still controller 220 volt allows you to dial in the heat with constant current and without any heat cycling. The stainless 5500 watt immersion heating element clamps into the 2″ tri-clamps fittings on Mile Hi Distilling boilers. This allows to be removed for cleaning. Still Controller includes 8ft wire lead with standard 220V twistlock plug on the element so it can connect to your controller and element housing with 2″ tri-clamp ferrule fittingThe plug to the control box is left un-wired so you can match to any receptacle in your house without having to re-do your conduits.
Estimated heat up time using the Controller with one 5500 watt controller;
8 gallon in 20 minutes
13 gallon in 35 minutes
15 gallon keg in 40 minutes
16 gallon in 45 minutes
26 gallon in 1 hour and 10 minutes
53 gallon in two and a half hours
One year warranty and another piece of mind we do stock these controller parts so after warranty expires you can get replacement parts if need be.

I have not yet used the Temp Controller, but man is it a quality piece of equipment. Like everything else I have purchased from Mile High the quality is Awesome and second to none. All components are top of the line and no second-rate bargain basement parts are in this controller. I am a firm believer that you get what you pay for, and this controller is a piece of fine art.
