Amazing quality copper column made and welded in house - The Copper Torpedo Pro! The tower includes a 3" sight glass and 3" screened gasket which acts as an infusion chamber or to watch reflux happen in real-time, an upgraded stainless thermometer stock, and all modular pieces for a versatile experience. An awesome way to infuse the vapor to get a boost of flavor in the distillate. Run a banana brandy and add some fresh bananas to the sight glass to infuse the vapor with the taste of banana or add cinnamon sticks, herbs, and spices to make a spiced whiskey. Be creative and make your own infusions.
This Copper Torpedo Pro will produce 180 to 190 proof moonshine as a reflux still and will also run as a pot still to carry over flavor with about 120 proof
For reflux it is as easy as running water to both reflux condenser and final product condenser. Pot still mode is easy as well. Just un-clamp the reflux condenser from the column to completely take it out of the vapour path. Pack the column with rings and copper mesh and you're running a reflux alcohol still or run as a pot still by running water to just the final product condenser on the arm and inserting one roll of copper in the tower.
Our new design for the copper pro tower includes a 90 degree copper elbow and a condenser with a union fitting which will allow a completely free swivel of the final product condenser.
This is just the copper tower by itself and will need a boiler if one is not already owned. We recommend the 16 Gallon for this still tower
