I switched to this stove to heat my keg and it puts out a lot of BTUs. I have to be careful not to over heat. The adjustable mixture plate on the burner is not the best but, it works. I’m at 5,000 ft and it still makes a lot of heat. The steel bars the pot sits on get cherry red. I run it hard until I get near to seeing flow (I can tell by digital temp) then back it down to get a nice flow.
