Description
Pectic enzymes are an enzyme that is extremely healthy for fruits and fruit juices without preservatives. This pectic enzyme will get rid of most of the methanol that can be found in a fruit mash or wash.
Also, use in your wine and beer to minimize the haziness that is brought in by pectin.
Solutions with temperatures reaching over 150F are not suitable for this packet's contents.
Directions for Use:
Mix 2 tsp. of pectic enzyme with cold water and add to a 5-6 gallon fermentation. Let settle.
