Still Spirits Express is one of the fastest turbo yeast in the world fermenting out 13 lbs 4oz of sugar in less than 24 hours

Make sure to sterilize all equipment prior to using Still Spirits Express.


First, prepare water making sure it is as close as possible to 40C (104F)

Adjust temperature if necessary with hot or cold water

Next, adjust water start volume to exactly 21 L (5.5 US Gallons)

Now, add 6kg (13.4lb) Sucrose, Dextrose, or Turbo Sugar and stir well until completely dissolved.

Finally, add yeast and stir well, rest the lid loosely on the fermenter and leave to ferment for 24 hours at an air temperature between 20-30C (68-86F) Ideal temperature is around 25C (77F) which the fastest fermentation time

Important Notice: After your sugar is dissolved, cool to 70-80 Degrees Fahrenheit before adding your yeast. Any temperature 60 Degrees Fahrenheit or lower will cause your yeast to become dormant as well
