Dry Champagne Yeast
Dry Champagne yeast produces a clean fermentation and works well with fruit mashes. 5 Grams of this Active Dry Wine Yeast will make up to 5 US Gallons (20-23 liters)
Instructions: For best results, dissolve yeast by adding about 1/4 cup (50ml) of water at about 31-41C (100-105F). After opening, yeast should be used within 1 month and kept refrigerated.
Important Notice: After your sugar is dissolved, cool to 70-80 Degrees Fahrenheit before adding your yeast. Any temperature 60 Degrees Fahrenheit or lower will cause your yeast to become dormant. Temperature higher then 90F is too hot for yeast cells and they will die off.
