26 Gallon Stainless 4 Inch Mile Hi Flute - 4 Sections Moonshine Distillers has a 4" diameter stainless column and 3" Sight glass allows you to see all the action. This column includes 4 stainless sections with copper perforated plates and down comers for each section. This completely modular still allows you to run 3,5,8 sections to give you as much or as little reflux as you desire. Complete with a shotgun condenser, dephlegmator, and a parrot to see proof and percentage of alcohol real time throughout the run.
The sectional design allows the distiller to remove copper plates and run as a stripping still or pot still to carry over flavor. Or add all plates and more sections to run high percentage 190 proof for vodkas. You can easily add a 360-degree sight glass with a screened gasket to be used as a gin basket or an infusion chamber. Infuse the vapor with flavor for a gin, or spiced whiskey or more flavor in a brandy. Make infused vodkas. This still as total versatility.
26 Gallon Milk Can Boiler has an 8″ rolled top for easy cleaning, 2″ fill port on top, 1/2″ coupling on the side for a thermometer, two of the 2″ ports for heating elements, and a drain. One 220V 5500-watt heating element will be sufficient but if you want to improve the initial heat-up time then you have the option to add another heating element. There are two of the 2″ ports for heating elements on the Mile Hi Distilling 26 gallon boilers.
All sections are made of stainless and each section comes apart for easy cleaning. Sight glass, dephlegmator, shotgun condenser, and parrot are made of durable easy to clean stainless.

Nice little still. I needed a small still to do some custom vodka polishing, and the four plate fits that bill perfectly. It literally took longer to unpack, than it did to put together and fire up. I use 208v 4500w stainless steel elements with variable power control already, so these are plug and play. I did swap out the parrot drain port with a 3/4' tri-clover fitting, and installed 3/4" tri-clover fittings for the condenser and dephlegmator feeds. I use a variety of plate setups and styles, and the perf plate assemblies that come with the still work well.
