Diammonium Phosphate DAP Yeast Nutrient 1lb, also known as DAP is a pure form of yeast nutrient. Contains fermentable nitrogen and phosphorus. Add 1-2 ounces per 5 gallons or 1 teaspoon per gallon prior to fermentation to help get fermentation underway.

Great for meads, wines, and beers. All yeast needs nutrient. Some turbo yeasts are special strains with nutrients already in them. For those yeasts that don’t include  yeast nutrient you will need something like DAP or natural yeast nutrient
