Yeast energizer is helpful item used to start a stuck fermentation or to add some more strength to an existing fermentation. The yeast energizer can also be used in wine, beer, or mead. Use 1/2 of a tsp. per gallon of mash/wash. Contains nitrogen, potassium, and phosphorous. One pound bag.
