All-In-One Electric Mash Tun, Fermenter and Still Boiler

Available in a 16 gallon, 26 gallon, and 53 gallon size, these units come with heating ports and a grain basket/false bottom for effortless cooking of grains and fruits using an electric immersion heater. Placeholding brackets allow the basket to sit above the heating element port line when using heating elements and allow the basket to sit near the top of the boiler itself for easy sparging of grains.

The basket can be completely removed for an open space fermentation vessel or keep the basket inside during fermentation and ferment with solid grains or fruit.

A heavy duty lid with a 4″ opening means that you can adapt a Mile Hi Distilling tower onto the mash tun/fermenter and effectively turn it into a still as well. Fresh grains, fruits, or solid flavoring media of your choice can fit inside the basket during the run for more flavor and since the elements seat below the basket, you can run with immersion heaters during the run without any risk of scorching your ingredients.

The 26 gallon and 53 gallon versions of this unit have legs and casters included which means you can safely roll a big batch any where you need around your distilling space.

The 16 gallon mash tun/fermenter/boiler is fitted with: 

3 x 1/2″ couplings (1/2″ thermometer, plug, and 1/2″ safety valve are included with the purchase to fill these ports)

1 x 1.5″ drain port (drain valve, clamp and gasket will be included with this purchase)

4 x 2″ port – two in the bottom and two up top (four caps, clamps and gaskets will be included with this purchase) Heating elements sold separately. Other uses for these ports include an agitator, sight glass, or fill port.

1 x 4″ port up top (a cap, clamp and gasket will be included with this purchase) Add on any 4″ flute tower from Mile Hi or get an adapter and add on a 2″ or 3″ tower to turn this into a still!
