Our gin yeast is a very clean, active dried yeast, made specially for gins.
It gives a neutral profile for congeners which make a very clean, stripped spirit that can bring over lots of flavors from botanicals when infused.
Instructions for use:
Sprinkle directly in fermentation vessel and leave to ferment for 5-7 days at an optimal temperature range of of 55F-90F.
Add botanicals in fermentation, thorough and infusion basket,  after distilling or a combination of them all for best results.
