26 Gallon Copper 4 Inch Diameter Mile Hi Flute - 4 Sections Alcohol Distiller with a 4" diameter copper column and 3" Sight glass allows you to see all the action. This column includes 4 copper sections with copper perforated plates and down comers for each section. This completely modular still allows you to run 3,5,8 sections to give you as much or as little reflux as you desire. Complete with shotgun condenser, dephlegmator, and a parrot to see proof and percentage of alcohol real time throughout the run.

The sectional design allows the distiller to remove copper plates and run as a stripping still or a pot still to carry over flavor. Or add all plates and more sections to run high percentage 190 proof for vodkas. You can easily add a 360 degree sight glass with screened gasket to be used as a gin basket or an infusion chamber. Infuse the vapor with flavor for a gin, or spiced whiskey or more flavor in a brandy. Make infused vodkas. This still has total versatility.

26 Gallon Milk Can Boiler has a 8" rolled top for easy cleaning, 2" fill port on top, 1/2" coupling on the side for a thermometer, two of the 2" ports for heating elements and a drain. One 220V 5500 watt heating element will be sufficient but if you want to improve the initial heat up time then you have the option to add another heating element. There are two of the 2" ports for heating elements on the Mile Hi Distilling 26 gallon boilers.

All sections are made of copper and each section comes apart for easy cleaning. Sight glass, dephlegmator, shotgun condenser and parrot are made of durable easy to clean stainless.

I was very happy with the quality of the product. I got it assembled and everything was there. It was packed well. I didn't have to wait quite as long as I anticipated to get it. Communication from the company was great. No issues. Glad I went with this over several other options.

Worth the wait. I purchased this and when it showed up I immediately assembled to see what was missed. (I kept adding to the order as my research developed.) I was amazed to see that NOTHING got left behind. I set it all up, then first thought was, Wow, this thing does not belong in my dirty shop. It is beautiful, and massive. The first time using it I made some rookie mistakes. I would suggest to go ahead and order the Needle valve at the time of purchase. And the pressure relief valve would have saved my BP from going up when I had too much reflux and I believe I pressurized the pot... I could be wrong. But I am a novice. Once I got it running the right way.... It was like watching science at work. I took more video and pictures of that day than I did of my kid growing up. Also I was a regular with customer service trying to dial everything in, and I felt I may be a bit of a pain. But, Evan replied to every email, answered every question, followed through on every request, and even after the purchase, I emailed more questions. I got a reply that day. Customer service is 0 on point with this company. If you do not believe me, ask Evan. In closing, if you are reading this far, and have this on the top of the page, pull the trigger like you are starting a lawnmower. Then go hit up the other supplies I told you about. Then go get more corn, more sugar, more everything, bigger pot, burner. Because you are going to love this still, and Mile Hi Distilling. A big thank you to the entire team that did this.

“I have owned a 4” / 4 plate copper / stainless Mile Hi Flute for 4 years, recently upgraded to the 53 gallon boiler. I can not overstate the superb quality, finish, function of every piece of this system. I have also purchased several 5 and 10 gallon oak kegs, and a stainless / glass gin basket from them. All of them amazing, truly beautiful quality. All purchases were shipped promptly, and carefully packaged. The best customer service as well. Always unbeatable prices. i had this still imported to the UK , i wont lie, the import tax was very high, but i will say it is worth every penny! , im not going to bang on about the extreamly high quality of the workmanship that has gone into building this outstanding flute still, as mile hi as a still building company is world famous, but i am going to tell you that the product produced is in my opinion is by far much cleaner and smother than what i have been producing with my reflux still, after watching the youtube videos the still was extreamly easy to put together, it didnt come with any set up instruction, but in fairness its comman sence, i can not recommend this company or its super hi quality still's highly enough, - no other company can produce anything close to these guys , the quality is second to none!
